The location is ideal, close to major attractions like MSG and Times Square. The hospitality shines through the friendly and attentive staff, especially at the restaurant where meals are a highlight. Fresh fruits and the additional amenities, including a yoga mat and open windows for fresh air, enhance the stay. However, our room cleanliness left much to be desired, with hair and stains present, and a disappointing response from staff when issues arose.

The Innside features a prime location in NoMad, providing easy access to the subway and numerous dining options. The room I stayed in was modern and spacious, equipped with a Nespresso machine and excellent bathroom amenities. The staff were professional and attentive, assisting me with all of my business needs, including printing documents and setting up my meeting space.

The only downside was the notable resort fee.

One area for improvement would be the seating in the lobby, which could be more comfortable.

The Innside By Melia New York Nomad features whimsical murals reflecting iconic New York sights, which added character to the hotel. The spacious lobby and easy access to elevators made it very convenient for seniors like myself.

i had a fantastic 4-night stay at innside! the location on w27 street is super convenient, right near the noMad area with easy access to great eateries and subway stations. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience truly special. also, the amenities in the room were top-notch, and the hotel was impeccably clean!

Had a really nice experience. the staff went above and beyond. When I mentioned it was my son's birthday, they surprised us with a cake in the room. A sweet gesture that made the day more special for him!
